Faircent operates in a niche fintech space that bridges financial inclusion and technology. While the mission was meaningful, their hiring narrative lacked emotional pull. Also, some of the more in-demand talent was flocking towards the more known employers. The challenge was to cut through generic job market noise and speak directly to value-driven professionals, especially developers and data scientists who want their work to matter beyond business goals.
Solution
We reframed routine job roles through a simple visual mechanic: crossing out corporate jargon and replacing it with bold, handwritten outcomes tied to human impact. The messaging rolled out across high-visibility outdoor media, a redesigned careers landing page, branded T-shirts, mugs, and internal collateral, all tied together under the hashtag #DoMoreThanAJob.
The result: a campaign that spoke to both the heart and the ambition of high-skill professionals looking to make a difference.
